Negotiation Academy Metaverse for ZS Associates

Teaching the Art of Negotiation—Inside a Custom-Built Metaverse ZS Associates partnered with DJX Labs to create a virtual negotiation academy—a real-time, browser-based metaverse environment where consultants could engage in immersive training workshops. By blending realistic case scenarios with humanized digital spaces, the experience recreated the nuance of live negotiation while enabling global scalability.
Challenge :
Negotiation training often depends on live interaction, scenario immersion, and contextual cues. Traditional e-learning models fail to replicate this richness, especially at scale.
ZS needed a solution that:
- Captured the emotional depth of negotiation dynamics
- Enabled real-time collaboration across locations
- Felt intuitive and human, not robotic or gamified

Our Approach :
We built a WebGL-powered metaverse platform, optimized for workshops and enterprise training. Users entered via avatars, navigated into breakout zones, and participated in negotiation simulations that mimicked real-world pressure and dynamics.
