Reimagining Stall Planning: A Configurator That Turns Every Exhibitor Into a Designer

Challenge :
For years, planning exhibition stalls involved chaotic paperwork, back-and-forth approvals, and limited visualization. Exhibitors struggled to imagine layouts, while organizers juggled scattered data, invoices, and last-minute edits.
IIJS sought a powerful digital platform to bring structure, clarity, and visual intelligence to the process—making stall design and management seamless for all stakeholders.

Our Approach :
We created StallGen, a browser-based 3D configurator tailored for the Indian International Jewellery Show (IIJS). Exhibitors can toggle between 2D and 3D views, rotate items, add warm or white lighting, preview backlit branding panels, and build their stall with intuitive drag-and-drop controls. Each exhibitor sees their basic package and can upgrade using a clear item list (Basic & Premium). A virtual cart and payment interface powered by Evenufy allows quick checkout, while built-in checklists help teams track what’s pending. For organizers, a powerful backend aggregates exhibitor submissions, tracks payments, and exports reports—turning logistics chaos into operational clarity.
