Capgemini Insurance partnered with DJX Labs to launch a browser-based Metaverse platform for virtual consulting—designed for intuitive use, zero installations, and high engagement.
Challenge :
Capgemini Insurance sought to push the boundaries of digital
consulting. Their vision was clear: offer seamless,
high-fidelity insurance advisory sessions through an
interactive, web-based Metaverse environment. The challenge?
Build a platform that felt immersive yet remained easy to
access—no VR headsets, no installations—while retaining the
richness of physical consultations.
Objectives
- Enable smooth, natural communication for remote consulting.

Our Approach :
Working closely with Capgemini’s digital innovation team, DJX
Labs crafted a responsive and scalable consulting experience
using a custom-built 3D Metaverse interface. Our design strategy
focused on minimal learning curve, guided navigation, and
consultant tools built into the environment. Real-time
collaboration, voice support, and gesture-based feedback
mechanisms created a space that felt human, not transactional.
